Tutor verification
If you have questions about a Tutor application or verification status, include:
- your name
- the email used for your ClassNextDoor account
- a short description of the issue
Do not email sensitive residency or verification documents unless specifically requested through an authorized ClassNextDoor process.
Privacy requests
For:
- privacy questions
- personal-information correction
- deletion/erasure requests
- account-data concerns
- privacy grievances
Suggested email subject: Privacy Request – ClassNextDoor
Safety / misleading profile reports
If you believe a Tutor profile contains:
- false information
- misleading claims
- inappropriate content
- misuse of verification
- other safety concerns
Include the Tutor name/profile and enough information for us to investigate.
Apartment / learning category requests
If ClassNextDoor does not currently serve your apartment, class, subject or learning requirement, use the request options available through ClassNextDoor search whenever possible.
These requests help us understand genuine Parent demand.
